Every single time I make this recipe I get asked to make more. I’ve even been asked why I don’t sell it. Ha. So, due to popular demand, here you go! 4 ingredient Christmas Crack is a quick and easy treat to bring to any party or potluck. Package it in a nice tin and it’s a wonderful host gift. I also make this recipe at Halloween and sprinkle candy corn over top which is also a huge hit. I hope you enjoy!

Ingredients
- 2 handfulls pretzel chips (I buy the big bags at Costco)

Instructions
-
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange pretzel chips in a single layer on the parchment paper. Fill in as much space as possible. Overlapping is fine. -
In a small/medium pot, heat butter and sugar on medium high heat. STIR CONSTANTLY.
When mixture is bubbly it will thicken. Once thick, remove from heat. -
Pour sugar mixture evenly over pretzels. Don't worry if every pretzel isn't covered, it will spread as it bakes. Place baking sheet in oven for 13 minutes
-
Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle chocolate chips over top. Let chocolate sit for 3-5 minutes and then spread melted chocolate over the top.
-
Sprinkle candy cane or candy of your choice over top of melted chocolate. Place baking sheet in the fridge to harden for 1 hour or until ready to serve or store.
-
Peel back parchment paper and CRACK into pieces. Store in a wax paper lined tin or container for up to 1 month. Which never happens because it's so good!
