In a small/medium saucepan, combine the first 5 ingredients. Turn on high heat and stir continually until mixture starts to bubble on the surface. Stir for 1 minute.
In a large mixing bowl, measure out puffed wheat and pour cocoa mixture over top of puffed wheat. Stir to combine and make sure all puffed wheat is coated with cocoa mixture.
Turn mixture into a greased 9×9 square ban and spread back of spatula to firmly press into pan evenly.
Let it set on counter for up to 1 hour or until you can’t take it anymore and need to cut a piece out. Enjoy!
Recipe Notes
You can store cut squares in an airtight container for up to 5 days but chances are they won’t last that long anyway. I’ve made 3 batches for this blog post in the last 24 hours alone. Thankfully I have 5 other people living here to help me eat them.
